Methi Parantha

Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour
- Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), washed and finely chopped
- Green chilies, finely chopped
- Ginger, grated
- Cumin seeds

Recipe:
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough, adding water as needed.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out into flatbreads (paranthas).
- Heat a griddle or tawa and cook the rolled-out paranthas on both sides, applying oil or ghee until golden brown.
